A beautiful place to put our daughter's ashes

This product is absolutely beautiful! I bought it and had my daughter's name and the date inscribed. The funeral home was even impressed with it, and asked where I got it. I think it is a wonderful product with a great price.

Keepsake urn

When my best friend passed, her ashes were split among her loved ones and scattered in the Atlantic. This keepsake urn is my personal remains of my best friend and it brings me such comfort and its elegance does her justice. I love it.

Great

I bought this cremation pendant for one of my sons so he could keep his big brothers ashes close to his heart. Thank you for having the perfect item!

Quality

The product was heavier than expected, but did hold a nice quantity of ashes. Perhaps it could be described as more of a locket or give the overall dimensions (depth as well as length and width). The chain is pretty lame and should include the length. I love the unique design - the eagle and motorcycle were perfect!!

I love this site!!

Within the year 2011 and 2012 we lost our two Springer Spaniels - they were our children, and while we grieved, we wanted to memorialize them with something special. I "googled" pet memorials and found you. Coco (2011) now lies in her pet memorial that has a liver and white English Springer and Will (2012) lies next to her in his black and white ESS memorial. I also have bought jewelry to wear on my necklace with their ashes, and would never go anywhere else to buy these kinds of products. I tell all of our pet friends about you... thank you for helping ease the pain of losing our furbabies... you are the best!

5 Star Customer Service

The girl in customer service I dealt with was 5 star, exceptionally great. I was on a tight time frame, and needed to know if the urn was in stock, get it engraved, and shipped overnight to get to me in 3 days max. The girl checked with the warehouse, the engraver and shipping. She confirmed it could be done, and got the urn to me and my family one day ahead of schedule to boot. Excellent, excellent, excellent service and professionalism. I know that this type of service should be given by all companies, however in my experience, it tends to be the exception not the rule. Again thanks to your customer service rep. and everyone in your organization that made my mothers arrangements a lot easier and getting her urn problem free.

Dignified Resting

Product was very adequate and gave my pet the dignified option of "forever" resting like the little gentleman that he was all his life. The satin liner & pillow set is very nice and in the sorrow of losing this most precious companion a certain degree of comfort is achieved in the hard & final goodbye process. The sealer was very easy to use. I would definitely recommend any of these products. We wanted a medium priced option and I am happy with the choice.

I was very pleased with the quality and classic elegance of the the vault/urn I received. I thought it was very tasteful, and more than I expected. The laser engraving was wonderful. Thank you for making my last farewell so nice.
