Excellent Customer Service

I ordered the Dallas Wood Cremation Urn but was sent a larger urn. I called customer service and she immediately called the factory and found they sent the larger one instead because majority of people wanted a larger urn. I had ordered that urn because I needed a smaller one to place in a niche where I was given specific dimensions. The customer service rep immediately had the factory make and send me the size I desired and the return of the first urn shipped back for free. I have never had better customer service and the urn was beautiful! Thank You

Perfect Choice!

This was a very challenging purchase as it was for my 12-year-old son but the people at Memorials.com were wonderful. I originally purchased the stainless steel (unengraved) but returned it and purchased the sterling instead. It is beautiful, brushed stainless. Customer service was wonderful in helping me to a special engraving on it. I decided to purchase a thicker chain and the piece is beautiful. Now I have a bit of my son with me always. Thank you.

Very Responsive and Trustworthy

I was a little hesitant to make a purchase of an Urn online. But, when the need arose the price comparisons from Brick and Mortar to the Internet were so far apart it just made sense to do some research and find a reliable and trustworthy online business. I found what turned out to be a very responsive and trustworthy business at Memorials.com. I made my purchase and the Urn arrived within the specified time, I did have some questions and contacted Memorials.com by email and was surprised at how quickly they responded, within a few minutes my concerns and questions were all addressed and settled to my satisfaction. If you are looking for a legitimate source for final arrangements and products to accommodate that, look no further the prices are the best and they are Very Responsive and Trustworthy. After all they do have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a 101 Day Price Guarantee.
