Great service

In looking for an urn for my biker brother's ashes, I was pleased to find one at Memorials.com that depicted a motorcycle rider, a ranch similar to the area where my brother lived and a cross symbol to indicate his Christian background. Ordering by phone was easy and the customer service person answered all questions thoroughly. Memorials.com also offers a nice variety of adhesive plaque styles. I received the urn and plaque just a few days after ordering. The quality of both: the beautiful wood urn and "brass"-framed plaque, was even better than shown on the website. I would definitely use this company's services again.

I liked the quality of the product, although I was expecting the urn to be a little bigger than it was. But overall it really is a nice looking urn.

Again, a beautiful urn with the birds on it, but hoped it was a little bit bigger than it was.

Customer Service!

The product was lovely but this comment is really about your customer service. I had a lot of questions about this vault; measurements, durability, should it be glued or just use the clips supplied, etc. etc. Your customer service people contacted the warehouse, the manufacturer and everybody in between to get the information for me, usually I had my answer on the same day. I wish I had written down the names of the people who helped me so I could thank them personally, especially the lady. My emotions and nerves were pretty raw and she did a great job, genuinely kind and helpful. I'd give customer service a 20 in this survey if I could (10 being the highest).

Better Urn...

The color of the urn was not brown gold as advertised but was black gray. I really like the urn I received and my sister said it was prettier than the one pictured in the product list.

Tears came to my eyes when I received this, it was so beautiful. The pictures did not do it justice. It took me a long time to decide on a cremation urn and I was worried that it may not have been what I wanted. It exceeded all my expectations.

Quick Reply

I received the wrong type of locket and it was immediately taken care of with a p.p. envelope for the return and a new locket received within a few days. I truly appreciate the no hassle exchange. People that work at Memorials.com understand that they are dealing with people who are grieving, and that means everything at a difficult time.
