Flag Display Cases

I purchased three flag cases. I was looking for something well built and ascetically pleasing. It had to be American made. The Trooper Flag case suited my needs perfectly. The price of the cases were good. There was no sales tax and shipping was free. They also came with a free engraved plate. I was not able to find a better value anywhere. One of the cases was scratched when I received it. I called the number on the shipping label right away. I spoke to a women whose name I believe was Crystal. There was no hassle. She was friendly and professional. She explained to me how to make the exchange. Three days later I had the new case. I don't always get that kind of customer service. So tell Crystal she did a good job. Over all, my experience with memorials.com was excellent. The flag cases have honored my father, uncle and brother with the respect they deserve.

More beautiful than the pictures...

It's sad to say that unfortunately some funeral directors are pushy salesmen in disguise, but some in fact are. The choice of urns started off at $300 & were no where near as beautiful as the ones on this website. Color Surprise

The empire urn I received today is absolutely gorgeous! I was expecting it to be slate blue, like it looked in the picture! It is actually a beautiful charcoal gray color, which I love even more! It definitely exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with my purchase. It is something my husband would love!

Fitting resting place

My whole family loves the urn. We were looking at another urn prior to my dad's passing, but when we went back and looked at the urns after he passed, we saw that this one had been "featured on NCIS". NCIS was my Dad's favorite show, so it was fitting that we finally selected this one. The urn is simple yet dignified, and holds a place of honor in my Mom's house.

Very sweet

We really liked this urn, it is small and sweet. It is resin but doesn't look plastic. The only thing that could be better is the plug at the bottom. I am a little worried that it isn't really secure but I guess we can always glue it.

Compared to the tin I had this is MAJOR upgrade. Not sure the lid fits perfectly but, it does close and stays closed. Loved the free monogramming. If left out it will need regular dusting and that's to be expected. Over all very happy with much purchase.

Bought this for my mother's fiance. We chose it because of its shape and because the vibrant colors were all favorites of hers.
