Our Son's Urn

We selected this urn for our wonderful son taken from this life too soon at age 30. This is a beautiful, well made urn. I hesitated on such a personal and expensive investment to be made over the internet, sight unseen. After my phone call, I felt much more at ease. The urn is even nicer and better made than I could have imagined. It comforts me that our son has such a wonderful resting place.

Grecian Urn

This is a beautiful urn. We were extremely disappointed in the funeral home's selections. They were quite overpriced and very tacky. Not attractive at all. Your urn was perfect. Simple, yet elegant, just like the person whose remains are inside. Thank you again. I have recommended you to several friends for when their need arises.

Great Service

Needed to speak to someone to expedite, spoke to someone wonderful. She understood my needs, investigated, made changes, than followed through with a phone call to ensure my needs were met. Expensive due to shipping (expedited), but great customer service! Thanks during such a difficult time.

Choice of Product

I had actually found this urn on another site; however, that company did not guarantee fast shipping explaining the manufacturer had poor service. So when I found the same product on your site, and I was able to speak to a live person, (I do not like online chat) I was able to purchase the size I needed and receive fast shipping, I was delighted. The person I spoke to was exceptionally nice, did some research and returned my call as to not keep me waiting. I was very happy. My only suggestion is to have this product also listed in the pet section.

Beautiful Infant Urn...

Obviously the death of our daughter came as a surprise. I was able to find an urn that didn't look like one and it was beautiful and specific to our baby girl. The woman I spoke with was very understanding and was able to get it to us within two days… right before the funeral.
