Simple but elegant

The loss of a son, husband and father at 36 is sorrowful beyond belief, but this urn helped us all - he was so proud of his USMC service and this urn, with its simple beauty, represented exactly what he would have wanted. We purchased it for his wife and daughters to keep until it will be placed with his widow eventually. We looked several places but this simple wooden urn with the USMC medallion was exactly right.

My Buddy had the best life I could give him so he HAD to have the best in death. His backyard doghouse urn almost matches perfectly to the one he had in life (minus the chew marks that I plan on adding to it). People cannot believe that this whimsical piece is actually an urn and when I look at it, as much as it hurts, I smile.
