Both the color of the plaque and the inscription were beautiful. If we had kept the urn in our home rather than going ahead with burial, we would have been very happy to display it. It really added to the original urn.

Well made Urn Vault

I was very satisfied with the material, sealing and space within the vault. My only wish was that there was some way of securing the urn in the center. The one we purchased wanted to angle slightly within the vault. However, the room within it allowed us to make a small picture book of Mom to leave with her, so that in the distant future, should someone excavate this old cemetery, they will have information about her and those in the cemetery to whom she is related. Overall, we were very satisfied with the vault.

All Natural Urn

Very Satisfied with the Quality

Very satisfied with the quality of the heart. It does not hold 1/2 to 1 tsp of cremains - more like a 1/4 of a tsp. Over filling can make sealing very complicated - it is better to use too little than too much. I ordered the heart in exchange for an antique heart which was very disappointing. This replacement piece was beautiful and well worth the cost. It was also beautifully packaged in a velvet box.

Exactly as described...

The item was exactly as described, and beautifully engraved and boxed. I was also pleased with the length and quality of the chain. I do not believe it holds as much cremains as described, and found the filling and securing difficult because of it. I would suggest attempting only a minimum of cremains before attempting to seal. The glue dries rapidly and will make sealing difficult if the pendant is filled. The second pendant was much easier to fill and seal as a result of my experience with the first.
