Memories Heart Keepsake Rock

Wish there was a place to send a note card. Friend love the product but did know who it was from. I call her to see if she received it. She said no card attached. Memorials.com Note: We will be implementing this in the near future (great suggestion).

I love the walnut urn with Daisey’s picture so that I get to not only have my buddy near, but, see her wonderful face. I also love the paw keychain that has some of her ashes in so that she is with me wherever I go. Thank you for your excellent products and helping me keep her in a safe and beautiful place!

We bought Two headstones from memorials.com several years ago and they still look new! Very impressive. And I have bought two more and saved over $2100.00 from what the cemetery wanted.

High quality, solid product. The details are nice and the size is perfect. It blends with any décor so it doesn't stand out as an urn, but we know its significance.

Excellent Customer Service

I’m delighted! While searching for Masonic urns I came upon this site and found an urn shaped as the Shriner’s fez. With my husband being a past Potentate of Alee Shrine in Savannah, Georgia, I knew this urn would be perfect for his ashes. A rep called me from the Memorials company about a short delay in shipping to me as they wanted the quality of the workmanship to be perfect. Of course I cried sharing about my husband being a past Pitentate and wishing I had found the urn prior to his passing so he could see it as I knew he would be thrilled with it as much as I am. The rep was so sweet and offered her condolences. The urn arrived a few days later wrapped and wrapped and wrapped to protect the urn. It is perfect. I love it. My husband is now back home with me sitting on the bookcase and in his urn.

Impeccable Workmanship

Expertly crafted with absolutely no imperfections. I got the rosewood finish and it was outstanding. I also got the Army medallion option. The included inscription on the metal plate was very convenient. There was extra shipping costs to Hawaii though. To put the ashes inside, it requires a Phillips screwdriver to remove several screws under the base. I highly recommend this urn.

Forever Cremation Urn

The product (urn) is wonderful. Although the error was made on my part, the representative did not challenge it nor did she pick up the error and say anything to me. (The death date was a month ahead of us. It did not even exist yet!). That’s it.

Disappointed

The printing was supposed to be on top not the side.
