I am very pleased with the quality of the headstone and the quality of the service I received. Also, the price was about 1/2 of what I found locally.

From start to finish, I was very pleased

Memorials.com did an excellent job ordering a memorial rock for my son. Shortly after I placed the order I received an email asking if I had received permission from the cemetery so the memorial rock could be delivered directly to the cemetery. In speaking with the cemetery groundskeeper, he stated that he would have had to charge me 3 times the amount that I had paid for the memorial rock through Memorials.com. At first I was apprehensive ordering online and having the delivery at a cemetery in another state. From start to finish, I was very pleased with the service received.

Help was readily available for me...

I requested granite that is not on your list. Therefore your order form didn't work for me. Help was readily available by telephone and I am so appreciative that the granite was ordered for me. Everything went smoothly despite a deadline. You came in well ahead of schedule. This is the first time I've ever made a major purchase online.

My Best Friend is very Happy

This companion headstone was ordered for my mother-in-law. She wanted to pick out her own headstone to be shared with her already deceased husband. Most important to her was that she can see it for herself, installed... just like it would be when she passes on. She is so proud of the headstone..." nicest one in the old cemetery" she tells people that she takes to see it. This headstone, the quality of it, the ease of ordering, length of time for the finished product to arrive, and having it made custom for her has thrilled my 94 year old "best-friend". She was able to add to the headstone; a Bible, a Cross, and Doves, three important things in her life. Thank you for your service and quality product. You truly made one beautiful lady happy.

The site was great, customer service was great and the grave marker was great

Just wish it didn't take so long to have the grave marker made. Memorials.com did a beautiful job; it was worth the wait and customer service was great. After all the sites I looked at, the price was very hard to beat. A Wonderful job I know if my mother was here to see it, she'd love it too. Thank you. I would definitely use this site again. Hopefully no time soon though.
