Beautiful

I purchased a Bronze/Granite Grave Marker last year for my Mother's service in Kansas City. I chose the Hawaiian theme with the upgrade blue pearl marble and a teal/green bronze upgrade patina. They sent me markup pictures beforehand, I made a few minor adjustments which they did not charge me for, and the funeral home sent me pictures of the Marker at the gravesite after it had been placed. It's as unique as she was, and I'll be going to visit in person in two weeks; I live a few states away and I'm very much looking forward to visiting her final resting place again. Everyone from this company was thoroughly compassionate, friendly, and professional. I know I saved a lot of money, even with all the upgrades; Mom would have been very pleased with knowing this (well, I'm sure that she does know)).

Companion Cremation Urn purchase experience

I first ordered the Companion Urn which my sister and I preferred; however, I received a call the next day, from Debbie, telling me it was not available. Although disappointed that our preferred finish was out of stock, I give many credits for good customer service to Debbie. She served as the intermediary between me and the supplier to find the style we wanted in an available finish. In addition, the website was promptly updated and appeared to have out-of-stock items removed. The second choice urn was ordered and sent promptly. I'm happy to say, the second choice arrived quickly. The urn functioned as we had hoped, having capacity for the ashes of both our parents.

Beautiful Wood Urn

This is a beautiful wooden urn, with etching of a deer on the background of forest and mountains on the front panel. After I had ordered this and some weeks after the memorial service, I found a belt buckle that my husband had been saving and I was surprised to see that the scene on it was almost identical to the scene on the urn box that I picked. A sign that I must have selected the right wood urn for my husband. The inscription for dates of birth and death, as well as a few words that I had chosen were carved beautifully and correctly on the top of the box. Was able to get just in time for the memorial service (with expedited shipping) which I greatly appreciated.

Not the best

I purchased this bracelet for its attractive look for my husbands ashes. The inscription portion was/is all scratched up. The set screw is at a angle and extremely difficult, so difficult that when I tried it prior to putting in ashes, (i noticed it immediately upon taking out of box. I had great difficulty putting it back in, I did not trust myself putting in ashes, using glue and reinserting the set screw, so I took everything back to the funeral home with the ashes where there is a person that does it all the time. He as well had great difficulty and also stated that the screw is not straight. I was going out of town and it was very important to me to take a part of my husband with me, otherwise I would have returned it.
