Love love love

I am totally in love with my pendant. I was upset after paying for 2nd day delivery, however it was fed ex fault and I was immediately refunded the price of 2 day shipping once I notified memorials.com. Being late, I was forced to put my loves ashes in the pendant and it was actually a peaceful experience, so in a way, I am happy it didn't arrive in the 2 days. I have not taken it off. I did use loctite on the screw once I was finished. Thank you for providing me a small semblance of peace during my devastating loss. It was definitely way more personal doing his ashes myself.

I'm completely satisfied with the Brittany urn I've purchase,it's exactly what I've wanted, now I can keep it in a safe place and later I will spread some of her ashes on the beach where she used to swim and the rest will be kept in the urn.

Overall the product is true to it’s depiction on the website, there are a few places on the band at the top and bottom where the color is outside of the pattern.

Overall satisfied

The actual print looks a little smudged and I needed to clean a black residue off but otherwise enjoyed it.

Beautiful Stone

The product is very nice. I have ordered a stone in the past for my mother and am now doing so for my brother. The layout and design options are sufficient and I feel like I get a decent amount of choices and designs for what I am trying to accomplish.

I was so happy with your site. It was so easy to find what I was looking for without having to go to a number of stores. In addition I ordered an additional plaque and your service department called me explaining why this was not a good idea. I appreciated the call and when another plaque is needed I will definitely contact you again. Thank you. Also really liked the product.

Beautiful urn!

In our household, we have had many pets over the years and the last three Siberian Huskies that we lost all have the same urn. We wanted to find the exact match for our Hunter so that he could sit on the mantle next to his brothers, all in the same type of urn. It was exactly what we wanted. This urn is of great quality and well worth the price!
