Heavy duty, well made

This vault is beautiful to look at, held the urn inside with room to spare. It is heavy and will withstand the weight of the dirt. It presented beautifully at the gravesite for the interment rite.

Beautiful urn

I was so happy I could personalize this urn! Very well made and the inscription was very well done. The inside is lined and the bottom opening screwed down tightly. The white stone was beautiful!

Good and accurate title.

Very high quality and craftsmanship. I was disappointed because where it says, “Air National Guard” in blue, actually it’s in gold. I called to find out if the blue paint missed the words. The customer service representative was very polite and helpful. She contacted the warehouse to find out. She found out that’s how it’s made. I told her it’s misleading to the customer. She told me that the warehouse is going to try and take an updated picture of the medallion without the blue lettering.

Beautiful Urn & Awesome Company!!

I had purchased a similar product before from this company & knew it would be well made. Which it was. It’s beautiful with a picture frame on top & a compartment to put my dog’s collar above her ashes. I knew this company was Awesome to work with & that they would take great care of me!!!

Would have preferred larger. If you ever make a larger one let me know. I'm not good on a computer.

Beautiful Red Bronze Butterfly Is A Work of Art

The Red Bronze Swallowtail Butterfly that I ordered to honor my wife is a beautiful work of art that far exceeded my expectations. Our lakefront association has created a garden with the butterflies mounted to large rocks surrounded by flowers. My wife's butterfly is the first one installed, with many future orders to come.

Exceeded expectations

The urn was beautifully painted and imprinted exactly as ordered. I had originally ordered it with too many characters and received a phone call from a very helpful representative who made many good suggestions for revisions. It turned out perfectly.
