Great customer service

I did have a problem with receiving the wrong jewelry at first, but I called and they took care of it right away. I received the correct jewelry and they made it easy to send back the one I first received. Very satisfied with my purchase.

FBI Seal

This is an excellent bronze reproduction of the FBI Seal in bronze and copper. It is beautifully crafted with colored enamel inlay to match the actual emblem. The medallion is 4 inches in diameter, which is perfect for use in a mausoleum and outside grave markers or headstone. Ideal memorial for any FBI professional, retired or active (loss in line-of-duty).

Bronze Cemetery Grave Marker

The grave marker was delivered to the cemetery and installed. We all love the end result and we are very happy with it. The process was good and we felt well taken care of. Memorials.com communicated with the cemetery and we had not much work at all. Excellent, thank you!

Lifelong NYY fan

Prior to his passing, we have been looking for a NYY cremation container sized for an adult. This was perfect and holds the remains in the base without any issue. The baseball is large and I rotate it monthly to display the opposite side.

The Perfect Urn

I liked this urn because it's blue (my sister wanted blue), simple and pretty, engravable, and substantial weight (7 lbs).

More than I expected

I needed a small urn for some of my mom's ashes, so it had to be special. I got the Canyon marble. I thought it would take a while to come, but it came the next day!! And it was not only fast, it is gorgeous! My mom would have loved it. It's the perfect urn for our much missed, beloved momma. I'm not just a happy customer, I plan to be a repeat customer for my pets. Thank you so much!

Tree did not look like the proof that was sent

I was disappointed in the tree on my son's infant urn. I almost returned, but needed something to put my baby's ashes in so I could pick them up from the mortuary without having to wait for another urn to come in the mail.

Outstanding Product

I ordered this vault to protect the beautiful wooden urn that I had purchased for my significant other's ashes. My friend who is a retired mortician said I had made an great purchase. The vault was made of durable material and was large enough for the urn and the trinkets I chose to bury with the urn. I didn't go wrong in my purchase.

Could be more complete

Members have stated they wish the medallion showed all the hallmarks of being a Knight of Columbus, not just KofC and 4th Degree. You used to offer a beautiful medallion, which I purchased, that exemplified being a Knight. It is no longer offered. If it was, our Assembly would purchase several to have on hand to present to the family of a deceased member. This 4th Degree medallion does not seem worthy enough to present. Note: We had to remove the other medallion because of a request from the main office.
