Always close to my heart

Bought 2 of these and they are beautiful. Of course I cried when I got it knowing that I could keep my sweet boy Siren close to my heart. Once I ordered I think I had them in my possession within 2 days. Thank you for this wonderful option.

Excellent customer service with a customized product

I could not find the cremation urn I had in mind on any other website or cremation urn catalog. It was not on the Memorials.com website either. But the staff at Memorials.com were MOST accommodating in working with me to adapt one of their products to personalize it and meet my needs. The urn was shipped promptly, despite the fact that it was customized. When I received the urn I noticed the placement of the etching was not as it was shown on the proof. I called that error to their attention. They immediately sent out another urn that was exactly right. I could not be more impressed with their responsiveness, customer service and sensitivity. I felt like the two people I was dealing with from Memorials.com really cared about me and my family at this difficulty time - and I am much appreciative. I was so impressed with Memorials.com's selection that I ordered 3 more products: a Heart Teardrop Memorial necklace, an obelisk and a large garden plaque that offer great consolation as I remember my wonderful husband. Once again the quality of material and the promptness with which I received the product was excellent. I will recommend Memorials.com to others who are looking for special products and a caring company at a time of loss.
