Green, not Teal

I bought this urn expecting it to be a teal/aqua color, but it's more of a dark green color. It's still a very nice, sturdy urn, and it came with a green velvet cloth sack to keep it protected from scratches during handling.

Very Pleased!

I was very happy with this product. The dragonfly is very detailed and not big and gaudy. It is perfect as I love Dragonflies and I am leaving it to my daughter so she can put a few of my ashes in it and have me with her always. I did not want her to have to have an urn around forever. It is beautiful quality. Very sturdy. I LOVE IT!!

Memorial

Found the product extremely satisfactory, our only problem was at the cemetery you have to have a brass ring installed in order to place the vase. Didn't realized you had to have same. Memorials.com Comment: You can order them separately with us if they are not present anymore.

Rainbow Glass Urn

Beautiful urn and I am happy with the purchase. My only thoughts for improvement would be to brighten the white color on the outside surface of the urn. It appears brighter in the online picture than it actually is.

Outstanding Service

I ordered urns and rings in mid-April and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I then ordered 2 Infinity pendants for my sister and I. After about 10 days I called the company to follow up since I had been notified that they had shipped but never received them. The woman in customer service could not have been nicer! Two more pendants were sent and I received them in two days. They are beautiful. I am so appreciative of Memorials.com's exemplary service. Still don't know what happened to the first package.

Cemetery Headstone Date Plaque

I needed a bronze plaque with the death date on it for the grave headstone at the cemetery. I had no idea where to get it and found Memorials.com. After I did my research I ordered it and it was the perfect fit for the grave headstone. I was already worried I would not find someone who makes them .... Thank you so much.

Very Satisfied

Memorials.com was very helpful in meeting nearly all our requirements. We wanted a larger granite base which they took care of and they were very responsive in getting back to us with questions we had. There was one requirement we wanted (some letters in upper case and others in lower case and they could not meet that need. Other than that we were very satisfied.

Replacement

I am so glad I was able to find this. This is exactly what my "now" late mother and I had chosen . Unfortunately my Father's urn was stolen along with over 30 other people's relatives urns in Knoxville. I have to save up to get it but I'll get it so I can put his remaining ashes and have him re interned. Thanks.

Very Beautiful and Well Made

We had tried to get my son-in-laws mothers ashes for over 15 months as she was tragically killed in a car accident in New Zealand. We wanted something special and the Eternal Ring Urn was perfect. We put some of her ashes in the urn, I did a memorial painting with some and we also planted a Crimson Queen Japanese Maple with the rest of her ashes. The Urn came very quickly and the pictures and description were accurate. We are very pleased.
