The loss of a pet is one of the most heartbreaking situations that all pet owners must face at one point or another. Whether the loss was expected or not, one cannot truly brace themselves for the blow felt in knowing that the companion that was at our sides at all times will no longer be there. What's worse is knowing that all of their cheerful, and often whimsical, belongings will never get to be used again. It can certainly be very difficult to let go of a true friend that was there at all times, especially when we still have all of their things. What many find to be a great comfort is creating a small final remembrance of the pet, where they can go to reminisce of the happier memories created with them. While that is so, there are often occasions where it is impossible to have a permanent interment, especially when the disposition of the pet is left up to the veterinarian, or in the situation where the pet is lost or stolen.
