Customer Reviews

The urn is beautiful. The engraving turned out perfect. The engraving looks exactly like I wanted. The choice was a very painstakingly difficult one. I searched for days and days looking for a product that would meet the required dimensions I was given by the funeral home. I found only two choices in natural stone urns that would meet the requirements I was given. I had to choose one of them. I made a good choice. This choice also allowed for engraving rather than fastened emblems.

Great product, helpful customer service

I'm quite pleased with the memorial. It's exactly as ordered and was delivered properly. I found the online ordering form for this particular product confusing, but a call to customer service helped steer me through the process to make sure I got what I wanted. My only complaint would be in processing/delivery time, as after paying upfront and approving the proof, it was more than three months before shipment in my case. Communication about the shipment was good. I had neither, but dealing with an out-of-town cemetery and delivery, I had a fair amount of angst over that part of the process.

Lily Plaque

The design choices were exactly what I wanted: my wife and her sister’s favorite plant. Lily of the Valley. The Angel and Ladybug spoke to each sister’s personal favorite character. Your design team understood what I wanted and created the plaque perfectly, the first time. No editing required. Once done I will have garden stakes welded and place the plaque in a Garden where I transplanted the lilies used as centerpieces from my wife’s Celebration of Life. Thank you for having great design choices and making the purchase worry-free.

The Perfect Vessel for Mom

This angel urn exceeded our expectations- it's so beautiful! The size is substantial as well (which we were afraid of it being too small). It's able to fit the ashes of an adult female with ease and is high quality. The mold has great detail & the bottom housing for ash entry is secure with 4 heavy duty screws and fits flush. It is the most elegant urn for a loved one. Our family didn't want a traditional urn shape (nor would my mom have wanted that either), so this angel urn was the answer to our prayers. We were risking ordering it with only 1 week to spare before our funeral plans and were pleasantly surprised it arrived with days to spare. Overall, our family was overjoyed with the perfect urn to represent mom <3
