Flower Vases

There are many unspoken traditions that surround the passing of a loved one. From bringing food to the home of the surviving family members, to laying a tribute in the form of a grave marker or headstone on the final resting place, these traditions help us honor the lost individual, as well as pay our respects to them and their family. One of the most common and long-standing gestures that is made is to bring flowers to both the home of the family, as well as grave site of the beloved. Flowers are often presented during these, otherwise, somber occasions, as they serve both as a form of paying respects for the loss, as well as a soothing, visual focal point that add a touch of comfort for the bereaved. Flowers are most often used as opposed to other decorations, as many find them to represent life, nature, and resurrection of the spirit.
