Dissapointed!"This was a stunning item as displayed on line. I was in the market for a ctemation urn for my Mom's ashes that could easily fit in my living room decor without looking the part. I was totally willing to accept some deviation in the patterns due to the uniqueness of glass work, but the color was dark amber NOT chartreuse. Furthermore, the lid did not fit into the vase. I was disappointed that the artist did not show more pride in what he sent out specially with such an emotionally charged item. Customer service and refund process was great!"Marie-Berthe Narchet
