The urn was delivered on the day they said it would, however, the wrong urn was shipped. After a call to customer service, arrangements were made to have the wrong one picked up the next day, and it was, but, more importantly, arrangements were made to deliver the correct one, directly to the funeral home. It arrived just in time for his "Celebration of Life". Someone from the warehouse should have realized the wrong urn was going out... BIG difference between oak and WALNUT !!
