Wrong Stone"When the stone arrived it was not the one I ordered. Was so glad I did not have it sent to the funeral home.
However, I immediately sent an email (this was on Friday). On Monday when I had not received a response I called and the issue with the wrong stone was corrected."J. Caldwell
"I saw this Urn months ago when my mother’s medical conditions became terminal. I could not order it until she passed away, and the funeral home seemed surprised I wanted to bring one in, they sort of scared me about the quality of something on line. I received the Urn two days later and I was amazed with the quality and beauty. When the funeral home saw it they put their foot in their mouth.
