One of the greatest benefit when buying from Memorials.com is that we offer Free Shipping on All our Products! This applies to regular ground delivery shipments only. This makes us different from other companies which will charge you extra when you are checking out.
All Shipments & Deliveries are sent signature required (No P.O. Box deliveries - we can ship to your work or even neighbor).

International Deliveries
Cremation Urns & Cremation Jewelry:
Cremation Urns and Cremation Pendants are shipped free of charge with ground delivery (usually delivery time is 3-7 business days - estimate). Products ship usually the same day or next business day; via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Most products are shipped signature required (you can have them shipped to your work as well).
Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery:
Can be shipped with Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery (see chart below). Orders to be shipped Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery must be ordered by 12:00PM CST; orders received after 12:00PM may ship the next business day (Delivery may take until the end of the business day). Customized or engraved items may be delayed, because of the engraving. Please use the chart below to see when to expect the estimated delivery.

This is an estimate, sometimes it may take longer for Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery.
Headstones & Grave Markers:
Headstones & Grave Markers are shipped by freight truck, the reason being our headstones weigh between 100 lbs. to 700 lbs. The expected delivery time is 6-8 weeks from the time we receive cemetery approval.
Delivery:
Cemeteries: Will usually accept the delivery of the headstones. If a cemetery has a sales office where they sell headstones and maintenance ground crew they should be able to accept our headstones and install the memorial (Installation fees usually apply). Someone will have to sign for the delivery.
Rural and Church Cemeteries: May not be staffed during normal business hours and equipped to accept the delivery of headstones. We can not deliver to unattended cemeteries; in case you don't know just call the cemetery and ask if they will accept delivery.
Business or Home Delivery: Can be accepted by any person dedicated, please be aware of the weight of a headstone or grave marker. If the stone is the heavy we might need a liftgate and there may be an addtional charge.

Caskets:
Caskets are shipped free of charge with regular ground delivery within 1-2 business days (usually ground delivery is 2-6 business days).

Can be shipped with Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery (see chart below - No Weekend or Holiday Delivery). Orders to be shipped Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery must be ordered by 12:00PM CST (orders received after 12:00PM might ship the next business day). The delivery company has until the end of the day to deliver the casket.

Flag Cases:
Flag Cases usually ship the same day or next business day. All flag cases and accessories are shipped with UPS; all flag cases are shipped Free of charge.
Memorial Rocks:
Memorial Rocks usually ships within 3 - 5 weeks. All memorial rocks are shipped with FedEx or UPS and require a signature with the delivery; all memorial rocks are shipped Free of charge.
Statues:
Statues usually ship within 1-2 business days depending on availability (if we don't have the statue in stock we will call you). Large statues are shipped by Freight Company; small statues are shipped with UPS; all statues are shipped Free of charge.
Keepsakes:
Keepsakes usually ship the same day or next business day. All keepsakes are shipped with FedEx, UPS or USPS; all keepsakes are shipped Free of charge.
Ceramic Pictures:
Ceramic Pictures usually take 15-19 business days from the day we receive the order with the picture by e-mail and the picture was approved for production (Mail Orders may take 4-5 weeks). All ceramic pictures orders are shipped with FedEx Overnight Delivery once finished; all ceramic pictures are shipped Free of charge.
International Deliveries:
Memorials.com will only ship to certain countries. For information on International deliveries contact us at: support@memorials.com. All International Deliveries can not be expedited and may require an addtional charge. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of our International customers (we don't have those fees available and recommend you contacting your responsible authorities).
All Canadian orders are with Free Delivery (duties and customs fees are responsibility of customer).
All European orders will have a surcharge for the delivery (duties and customs fees are responsibility of customer).
All Mexican orders will have a surcharge for the delivery (duties and customs fees are responsibility of customer).
