"I ordered this for my wife, so it had to be special. It was delivered promptly and exceeded my expectations. There was an additional day delay with the engraving, but Memorials.com made sure I was informed.
When I took it to the funeral home (which has lost the business to sell me an urn), the people there all commented on how beautiful it was.
