Since I have never been through this process before I was very overwhelmed. The loss of my child has been unbearable but immediately being bombarded with making decisions like these... basically you do whatever the funeral director tells you. I never was aware there are so many options especially at affordable rates & items I could see myself treasuring in her memory. I was so happy to find you through a Google search and had my items the next day.
