What is the process?
• Once you place your order; we will mail you an “Ash Kit”.
• You will use the ash kit to send us the ashes needed back with registered mail.
• Once we receive the ashes an artist will create your unique ash glass heart (no two will ever be the same).
• We will mail it back to you by registered mail.
